GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Level One Pre-Training
Take the first step in becoming a GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® trainer!
This course will prepare you with foundational knowledge of the Level One exercises and prepare you for the Foundation course. It is recommended that you have taken a minimum of 10 sessions with a Gyrotonic trainer before starting this course. It can also be taken as an intensive for personal practice and development. Please contact me for further details on the full certification process.
Location: SE studio | Dates: TBA | Hours: 6 days, 30 hours.
Cost: $1050USD + $150CAD studio fee
*Upon Completion: After successfully completing the Pre-Training, you then proceed to the Foundation course (must be taken within three months of the Pre-Training)

Pilates Mat Teacher Training
100 hour hybrid training.
This unique Classical to Contemporary Matwork teacher training includes:
Original 34 Classical matwork exercises + contemporary variations, Anatomy & Physiology, History of Pilates and special populations.
Observation, self-practice and practice teaching hours plus assignments and final teaching exam ensures you complete the training feeling confident, knowledgeable and ready to teach.
