GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Level One Pre-Training
Take the first step in becoming a GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® trainer!
This course will prepare you with foundational knowledge of the Level One exercises and prepare you for the Foundation course. It is recommended that you have taken a minimum of 10 sessions with a Gyrotonic trainer before starting this course. It can also be taken as an intensive for personal practice and development. Location: SE studio | Dates: TBA | Hours: 6 days, 30 hours.
Cost: $1050USD + $150CAD studio fee
*Upon Completion: After successfully completing the Pre-Training, you then proceed to the Foundation course (must be taken within three months of the Pre-Training)
