Gift ideas for the Pilates lover

‘Tis the season… to give, love and celebrate.

Unsure what to gift your favorite Pilates enthusiast? Here is our Top Ten wishlist for the Holiday season ( (all links will open in a new tab). These all can be purchased online, so you can shop curled up on your sofa with a hot mug of cocoa. Note: there is a strong likelihood that you will also end up wanting some of these for yourself! Over half of these are on my list this year... hint, hint.

  1. Grip socks - you can never have too many of these in your workout bag!

  2. Indigo giftcard - books, books, and more books! A can’t go wrong with gifting one? “Women’s Health Big Book of Pilates” which includes a nice history of Pilates and Pilates elders.

  3. A squishy new yoga mat - I love mats that are 6mm or thicker.

  4. An online subscription - There are numerous Pilates and fitness apps and subscriptions available - you’re bound to find the perfect one!

  5. Workout Wear, Leggings - Local, ethically sourced fabrics are my go-to!

  6. Magic Circle- This Joe Pilates invention is magic indeed! Sure to add some challenge to your matwork.

  7. A cool new water bottle- Look for a water bottle that does double duty - keeping your hot and cold beverages at the perfect temperature!

  8. 8. A comfy scarf - is the perfect après-Pilates accessory.

  9. Made in Canmore earrings- After you have arched, curled and spiraled your way through a  workout, Kari Woo pieces will take you from studio to street.

  10. Scrunchies and headbands - to keep your hair from getting stuck in the springs, of course!

As we close out the year, Flow Pilates and Wellness wishes you and your family a December full of love, happiness, and many shortbread cookies.
